No human is perfect, so everyone makes mistakes. If you do not make any mistakes in life, probably you are the machine not human.

Forgiving others is not easy, especially when we feel we’ve been wronged unfairly. So forgiveness can sometimes feel like it goes against our human nature. As humans, we always have the feeling of “I am right, and you are wrong”.

I had a friend whom I trusted at lot but he cheated me for money. Since the moment our relationship broke, I have not been able to forgive him till today.

Do the above sentences sound similar to you?. Forgiving someone’s mistake is not an easy thing to do.

So when we forgive, we are acting from a place that is “higher” than our human urge to hold a grudge. In forgiving, we go beyond our animal instincts of wanting to be angry. We act from a place of greater wisdom, some may describe this as “divine.”

So to err is human because we all do it. To forgive is divine because it requires that we go beyond our emotions and act with great wisdom.
