After getting the daily task information for one week, analyze the tasks to find out the pattern from your procrastination reasons. If your reason is that of some external source, then you can try to avoid that external source. Alternatively, you can be surrounded yourself with nonprocrastinators. It would have a positive influence to reduce your procrastination behavior.
Change People or Devices
Most of the distractions or procrastinating reasons are people such as spouse, children, friends or some relative or devices such as the internet, mobile, Facebook, WhatsApp, WhatsApp, etc
If you are heavy WhatsApp user, then try to switch off notification for one week and check updates only during some specific time. This will reduce your procrastination habit. Alternatively you can also use social media to reduce procrastination by announcing the commencement of task and updating again after completion of the task.
